Rosemary Chicken

The ingredients:
  • 1 whole chicken without the head of coz (just let it be... jgn potong / jgn buang kulit)
  • 5 ulas garlics
  • 3 tbsp black pepper (biji)
  • 3 tbsp rosemary (dried - I bought the Mc Cormick)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 biji lemon

The How to's:
  • rebus lemon sampai lembut.
  • sementara tu, tumbuk bwg putih + lada hitam + rosemary.
  • campurkan bahan2 tu dgn butter + garam + gula (sikitttt jer tau)
  • lumur2kan pada ayam. mcm biasala...dlm perut, celah kulit tu semua...
  • last sekali, cucuk2 lemon tu kasi keluar jus dia...masukkan dlm perut ayam.
  • marinate overnite.
  • bakar pada suhu 200'C utk 1 jam (but for my Tefal oven, I flip the chicken to the other side and bakar again for another 30min)

Since we're having it for sahur, I'm too lazy and sleepy to prepare the gravy.. so I just use The Muslim Best Black Pepper Sauce... yummyyy... you should try
