Buah tarap - the unique fruit that can only be found at certain areas in Borneo.

My guess.. this fruit comes from the same family(Moraceae) as cempedak and nangka (a.k.a jackfruit)
So good you can even have it on it's own or goreng buat mcm cempedak goreng or buat bubur nyum.. nyum... but I only found out about one pantang recently ... well, this fruit tidak masak on tree.. kena ambil then perap baru dia masak... so the pantang said, the fuit cannot touch our knees or else the fruit will never ready to be eaten... is it really true??
Today is the rest day... tomorrow is traveling day... the sport is over (olahraga and tarik tali lah... other games have not yet started). We took the opportunity to chill out and have drinks and foods outside the academy. At the same time, am counting the minutes to go back home to see, hug and kiss arwen, anaqin and hubby of coz... wait for me... i'll be flying tomorrow... for all the friends, I really enjoyed being with the team and a zillion thanks for the supports.
Unexpected 2nd medal... lady C punya pasal I have to help the team to complete the quartet. Okay jugaklah since my actual event I didn't get any medal placing hahaha... teruk tull lahh... no speed, technique is there <-- coach and the team said (maybe sbb mo jaga ati pun ada jugaklah why they're saying that ikekeke)
Haven't dream of getting another medal at the age of 30's ikekeke... The last medal was received in 2004 in conjunction of the board jogathon. Am thinking of maintaining the fitness only and will try to take part as the Pelumba Jalan Kaki for the next kakakaka... No more running lah... jogging pun mau pengsan suda hehehe
Went to the clinic yesterday with the other 3 so-called athletes guys. Abg N the driver, droves us. I'm the only one among the injured having the external wound. The guys were all having muscle injuries.
