Aaarrgghh!!! Tertekan... Boleh jd gila mcm ni... Suda 2x KEADAAN mcm ni berlaku. I really need my writing therapy *sigh* Why this is happening when I need the time to focus on my study? Ya Allah Ya Tuhanku, tabahkanlah hambamu ini Ya Allah. Aku juga bersyukur atas bantuanMu smlm ya Allah.. Alhamdulillah. Sesungguhnya tangisan smlm bukanlah lakonan, namun hanya Engkau yang Maha Mengetahui.Hari ini aku tidak dpt menahan tangisan semasa berada di dlm kelas. Aku hrp TO tidak perasan (ya ka? Duduk betul2 plg depan, tgh2 pula tu. Aku cuba melindungi kesedihan dgn berlakon kunun2 selsema, dunno wether classmate will buy it).Sedih when being blamed on what I have done. As usual I will try berfikir secara rasional. And usually I will end up utk MENERIMA that's my fault.But the process on MENERIMA tu amat sakit... Skrg ni seolah2 tanpa prejudis it's solely my fault. Bukan tidak mahu mengaku salah, cuma mohon pertimbangan adil.Ya Allah, aku mohon kepadaMu, berilah aku ketabahan.

breastfeeding diet

after surveying thru the net and few hardcopy readings, these are my routine drinks and foods for the purpose of better milk's quantity and quality.
Drinks:
+ 8 glasses of water. I have trouble counting and memorizing how many glasses i had so i made myself drink 1 glass @ every odd hr from 5am-7pm (5am, 7am, 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm) it works well!!
+ anmum lacta twice daily during breakfast and before going to bed.
+ horlicks or milo for evening tea. Trying getting rid of nescafe. But i had it sumtimes once in 2 weeks.
+ soya beans and fruit juices before or/and after feeding
+ milkmaid tea. Haven't try yet, just bought yesterday.
Foods:
+ strictly no rice! I've gained 17kg and only lost 6kg during 1month checkup. I'm taking oat as my nasi!
+ green leafy vegie
+ sardine, tuna, salmön
+ bread

cabaran berpantang & breastfeeding

hari ni hari ke 37, alhamdulillah humaini masih breastfeeding exclusively. Minggu pertama memang memeritkan. Sore and cracked nipples berjaya di atasi dgn Bepanthen. Pedih tidak terkata tapi kalau tidak di gagahi aku akan gagal seperti kelahiran pertama lalu. Aku masih jahil pasal breastfeeding masa tu. Sekarang aku sudah tahu nipple soreness adalah normal pada peringkat permulaan. Biarkan saja baby hisap supaya nipples toughen up from frequent nursing. Engorgement pun dialami dalam minggu pertama tapi alhamdulillah cuma half day. Berkat kesabaran, discomfortness reduced and a good milk supply established.

'itulah kau.. Nda kasi biasa susu botol.. Kan susah mau berjalan' 'kenapa kau nda kasi blajar isap puting?' aduh.. Kalau aku jadi pak turut sahaja, humaini kemungkinan besar akan mengalami 'keliru puting' dan inilah antara punca ibu-ibu di malaysia gagal menyusukan secara eksklusif. Semasa dalam pantang bayi tidak seharusnya diperkenalkan terlalu awal dengan puting tiruan. Tapi kalau terpaksa pun, memang ada caranya supaya bayi tidak menolak puting ibu. Hendak seribu daya lah kan.

Aku telah mula menyediakan stok susu untuk keperluan humaini apabila aku sudah kembali bekerja kelak. Permulaan yang masih slow dan kurang produktif. Sehari cuma dapat 1oz disebabkan humaini sentiasa melekat. Keadaan ini menyebabkan aku sedikit stress sebab tidak mempunyai ruang dan waktu untuk mengepam dan menguruskan diri. Nasib baiklah ada peer councellor. Humaini melekat sebab suka kehangatan yang dirasa bila berdampingan dengan mamanya. Humaini kerap berak pada awal kelahiran kerana susu awal mama mengandungi kolostrum yang mudah cerna. Tetapi pada minggu ke5 aku menjadi risau kerana humaini tidak berak. Peer councellor told that it is normal too tapi aku tetap risau sedikit. Pada hari ke2 aku minum anmun lacta (hari ni), alhamdulillah humaini berak dengan banyaknya hahah.

The third? Wah tidak ku sangka aku akan melalui saat-saat melahirkan sebanyak tiga kali. Kesemuanya ditempuhi dengan keadaan & dugaan yang berbeza. This time aku memang mengharap tidak akan di'induced'.. biarlah semuanya berlaku naturally.. dan terima kasih ya Allah kerana telah mengkabulkan permintaan ku, alhamdulillah.

Tidak seperti kandungan pertama & kedua, kandungan kali ini sungguh mencabar kesabaranku kerana aku tidak mempunyai LMP. Aku hanya bergantung kepada 'ultrascan' untuk jangkaan tarikh bersalin (EDD). Ikut medical term, kandungan ini adalah kandungan ke4 kerana aku telah keguguran kandungan ketiga pada 10/01/2010. Selepas itu masya Allah, aku terus mengandung tanpa period terlebih dahulu.Berita yang amat menggembirakan setelah sedih kehilangan janin yang baru berusia 6 minggu.

Hari berganti hari, minggu berganti minggu, bulan berganti bulan... bila tiba Oktober rasa lega sebab bila orang bertanya 'bila?' sambil memuncungkan mulut ke arah perutku yang membonjol... aku boleh jawab 'tunggu hari' dengan senyuman. Tapi tidak, hari-hari yang dilalui semasa bulan Oktober boleh lah di declare sebagai hari-hari yang paling panjang pernah aku lalui hehehe. Masakan tidak kalau tiap-tiap hari menunggu tanda-tanda bersalin yang tiga tu: air, darah, atau sakit. Tapi tidak juga kunjung tiba.

Mula-mula teringin betul kalau dapat bersalin tarikh 10/10/10... cantik kan... for sure ramai yang nikah time ni. Tapi hampa, 11hb aku masih datang bekerja hahahah... it's okay.. ada lagi tarikh cantik bulan ni 20/10/2010... sama juga... berlalu dgn begitu sahaja tanpa sebarang tanda. Actually ada juga terasa beberapa siri contractions, tapi cuma braxton hicks semata, saspen pon ada, manalah tau tiba2 tgh mlm terus sakit tanda bersalin, ngeri juga tu bila imagine bersalin di rumah atau kereta.

Bila terlepas tarikh 10/10/10 & 20/10/2010, aku mula pasrah.. bila2 ja la baby... asalkan bulan ni hehehe... went to antenatal check up on the 22nd, Dr Suzain memaklumkan bahawa air ketubanku sudah kurang, berat badan pun maintain (from previous check up ja la hahaha). Dua2 tu menandakan yang harinya akan tiba tidak lama lagi. Aku bertanyakan tentang contraction yang aku alami tu. Dr Suzain mencadangkan agar aku berehat sahaja, so aku diberi MC 2 hari pada hari itu (tapi kira 1 hari ja la sbb sabtu memang aku tidak bekerja pun).

23hb, hari ulangtahun kelahiran abang iparku, juga tertulis sebagai salah satu EDD berdasarkan ultrascan. Kami sekeluarga pulang ke kampung suami. Tapi macam biasa, singgah dulu Suria Sabah tengok movie 3D: Sammy's Adventure. 24hb, jam 10.20am ada bloody show semasa aku mandi. Mula2 mcm tidak percaya, boleh lagi berlagak selamba. Masa bersiap2 (sebenarnya kami bersiap untuk pulang ke kampungku) suami masuk ke bilik dan masa tu la aku berkata: 'Bang, ada tanda darah sudah'... So, balik kampung tidak jadi, sebaliknya off to hospital hahaha.

Sampai hospital aku terus menuju ke kaunter pendaftaran wad bersalin. Aku disuruh masuk ke bilik pemeriksaan sebaik sahaja aku memberitahu 'Ada tanda darah'. Terus tukar uniform pink hehehe, masa tu baru teringat aku sebenarnya mahu bertanyakan terlebih dahulu sekiranya ada wad kelas 1 di Hospital Papar. Sudah siap2 berbaring untuk diperiksa bukaan, sambil2 misi menyediakan peralatan mereka bawa aku bersembang, masa tu lah baru aku tahu di sana cuma ada wad kelas 3 huhuhuh.... Tidak mengapalah, walaupun Hospital Likas ada kelas 1 tapi tidak semestinya available untuk aku sebab sudah sedia maklum Hospital Likas sentiasa sesak. Semasa pemeriksaan, misi berulang kali menyuruhku agar relax kerana aku agak 'tight' susah untuk menentukan findings.. aku tergelak kerana aku seolah-olah mengandung anak pertama pula hahahah. BP aku pun tinggi, misi bercadang utk mengambil bacaan BP beberapa minit kemudian kerana kemungkinan aku tengah nervous menyebabkan bacaan tinggi.

'Sudah buka 3cm, puan boleh lah keluar jumpa suami dulu, nanti 12.30 masuk ke sini balik bawa barang2 puan sekali' hohohoho... aku blur, ikut sahaja arahan. Sampai masa, aku di bawa tour wad bersalin tu... hmm... sesuai lah aku di sini sahaja, memang lengang, walaupun kelas 3 tapi selesa. Hari tu ahad, waktu melawat panjang (12.30 - 7.30) so aku lucky warded haritu... suami bawa anak2 & ibu mertua, masa tu contraction datang setiap 5 minit. Kemudian 2 org rakan sekerja pun datang melawat. Mereka meninggalkan aku dalam jam 6pm. Ketika itu sakit semakin kuat, setiap kali contraction aku menutup mata, tiba masa untuk diperiksa tekanan darah, misi terkejut bila ketika itu contraction tengah on tetapi aku tidak mengadu kesakitan pun. Sakit sebenarnya tapi beginilah aku, aku akan berdiam sahaja sambil selawat di dalam hati. Doa & zikir ketika sakit hendak bersalin aku sudah lama salin di atas sehelai kertas melalui buku 'Indahnya Hidup Bersyariat' tapi rupanya kertas tu dalam beg yang telah aku serahkan kepada suami... alahai... tawakal ja la mcm ni... doa tu memang tidak hafal, zikir tu senanglah, zikir biasa sahaja. 'Ini tengah contraction ni, tidak sakit?' 'Sakit juga, tapi diam2 ja la' 'Nanti pergi depan, kita cek sudah buka berapa, ok' ooo... macam ni rupanya, kita request sendiri kalau hendak tahu bukaan berapa. Dua2 pengalamanku dahulu, misi akan datang ke katil & periksa bukaan.

'Relax... relax... eh... 6? 7? eh.. biar betul... relax puan... apa benda ni?' alahai paniknya aku semasa di bilik pemeriksaan buat kali ke2 tu... 'ok puan sudah buka 5, masuk 6cm, puan boleh tahan juga ya sakit tu? cuma saya risau ada something bulging. Puan ambillah dulu baju2 baby kemudian dtg terus ke labour room, ok. Aku mcm tidak percaya masanya hampir tiba... bila masuk wad blk, semua yg ada bertanya berapa sudah bukaanku, semua terkejut bila dpt tahu bukaanku sudah masuk 6cm & telah diarah untuk masuk ke labour room, 3 org daripada mereka sudah masuk hari ke5 tetapi masih belum sampai masa untuk bersalin. Aku berdebar, sempat hantar sms kepada seorang rakan & suami memaklumkan aku akan ke labour room.

Sampai di labour room, aku diberi pam enema, pengalaman baru lagi pam sendiri hahaha... dulu misi yang pamkan. Selesai mengosongkan apa2 yang patut, aku bersedia untuk proses pecahkan air ketuban... alahai lambat pula dapat di pecahkan, yang kedua dulu kejap sahaja & tidak terasa apa2... kali ni aku terasa ngilu sedikit. Misi masih risau tentang 'benda' bulging itu. Beliau meminta 2 org rakannya yang lain untuk memeriksa & berikan pendapat. Beberapa kali misi tersebut memohon maaf kepadaku kerana aku terpaksa diseluk beberapa kali. Akhirnya mereka membuat kesimpulan benda bulging tu cuma rahim/serviks ku yang tidak smooth... bentuknya bergerigi mungkin disebabkan vakuum pada kelahiran pertama dahulu. Aku lega juga takut manalah tahu benda tu tali pusat pula... takut baby terjerut tali pusat semasa meneran.

Subhanallah.... Allahuakbar.... ayat kursi... itu sahaja la yang mampu aku ucapkan setiap kali contraction datang... aku terdengar perbualan misi: 'Tahan sakit juga dia ni, kalau orang lain meraung sudah' 'Kalau dia tutup mata tu, tengah tahan sakit la tu' 'Puan... syif saya habis ni, nanti kalau puan sudah tidak tahan sakit, puan panggil sahaja, mereka ada di luar tu... selamat melahirkan... jumpa esok pagi..' Kesakitanku rasa hilang sebentar dengan layanan mesra & sambutan salam pemberi semangat misi tu.

Aku sempat menjenguk jam di tanganku... 9.15pm.. aduhhh... sakit macam hendak meneran sudah ni... tapi tadi cek baru bukak 7cm,... aduh... macamana ni?.... Semasa contraction 9.15 tu aku terasa aku suda terkencing & terberak sedikit... 'Nurse!!! Nurse!!!!... ya allah... mana mereka ni... suara aku tidak kedengarankah ni... aduhh.... Nurse!!! Nurse!!!! baru kelihatan beberapa org meluru masuk ke labour room.. 'Kenapa?....rasa mahu meneran sudah?' 'Ya.... Saya rasa saya terberak sudah' 'OK, tidak mengapa... marilah try teran, kita cuba ok'. Subhanallah... Allahuakbar.... ok sikit lagi... nampak suda telinga baby... cantik... pandai mama teran... lagi mama... sikit lagi.... tarik nafas panjang sikit.... ok mama.... tahan dulu jangan teran, baby sudah keluar, tunggu potong tali pusat... jangan teran... ok boleh teran sikit.... alhamdulillah.... tengok ni... mama cakap sendiri baby ni jantina apa... 'baby girl...' airmata kegembiraan mengalir melihat baby ku... Dayang Aireen Humaini... Dilahirkan secara normal, berat 2.98kg pada 9.30pm 24hb Oktober 2010.

Not Fit To Fly

I was supposed to be in a 2-weeks pre-advace courses on the 19th-30th at the academy. However, my doctor had written an exemption letter, replacing the assured-fit-t-fly letter. I really don't know how to react on this. Probably frustrated a bit, since the next schedule for the courses to be offered and I'll be available to attend, will be next year. On the other hand, I was thinking about my baby's wellbeing, and better not to jeopardize. This is my precious pregnancy. I love you baby.

Being a wife, mother of two, expecting the 3rd baby and an employee at the same time is very tough. I dunno how many times I mention bout this but surely someone who's in the same boat will nod their head as a gesture of consent.

I was diagnose with a low-lying placenta during the latest check-up... doctor will confirmed which type of placenta previa I'm having at the next check up.. for the time being, no bleeding occur as with my 2nd pregnancy with placenta previa type I, bleeding n threatened abortion happened during the 5th months. pray for me n baby friends...

I'm on leave today... mo antar kereta p servis... patut sabtu lepas tapi lupa pula cuti hari Keputeraan SPB YDP Agung, so service center tu cuti la. Terpaksa la ambil cuti arini sbb nnt terlebih pula mileage (padahal mmg ada niat suda mo cuti hehehe).

Kehabisan suda tajuk apa yang mo diletak sbb usually rajin update blog bila ada apa2 yg menarik berlaku. Banyak juga sbnrnya tapi hilang mood mo menulis sbb ketiadaan masa utk online. Kalau ada streamyx diruma mungkin terupdate jugak. Hmmm... inilah mo pikir mcmana nnt pantang insyallah bulan hujung bulan 10, 11 - 12 (maybe sambung cuti smpi new year hahahah). Dulu2 pantang musim AF & mmg ada streamyx di rumah. Kali ni bb dijangka lahir hujung bulan 10, internet pulak paling bagus streamyx ja la.. harap broadband lain mmg tiada lah.... ada tu ada tp bikin sakit jiwa ja adala...
skrg ni tgh lepak di MCD Sulaman pinjam wifi free hehehe sementara tunggu mo p servis. Mo kasi cadangan lah sama servis centre tu supaya dorg provide free wifi.. nda jugaklah boring menunggu. Okaylah.. tgl sejam lagik utk appoinment. Karang sambung... gambar kali ni gambar ultrasound bb masa 10 weeks & 15 weeks... nnt 10hb dapat gambar baru & harap2 boleh tau jantina (altho doesn't matter).

Family trip to Labuan

Drive to Menumbok by car, transit @ Sulaman McD's drive thru for breakfast.
Arrived @ menumbok ferry terminal but no ferry available for passengers only. Only for pre-booked vehicles. So we have no choice, have to ride the speedboat... It tooks only 20miniutes...

Arrived @ Labuan International Terminal @ about 10.30.. Dine-in @ KFC while waiting for my brother. Bring along the nephews and check-in @ Tiara labuan Hotel... nice... RM 188 (govt rate)

Fire drill

I was about doing my online banking chores (well... gaji kan arini) when the fire alarm burst out loudly and didn't stop. Most of us (mostly ladies) ignored it but when it didn't stop for about 2 minutes, one of the colleague called the security guard downstairs. They were in shocked too!!. Apparently it was only our level... lain2 tingkat tiada apa2 pun.. gosh... patutla riki2 tgk bwh mcm tiada juga org beratur di parking lot tempat yg kena beratur masa fire-drill last month. Isk... but fikir2 tadik klu lah mmg betul2 ada fire... (touchwood!!!) punyalah mengah tu mo turun tangga...

The end of 1st Trimester

Today is the first day of my 12th week... still having nausea and limited choices of drinks... but I think, it's beginning to get better...

2nd April was my girl 3rd bday... we celebrated the day watching Alice In Wonderland... full packed cinema since it was the 'Good Friday' holiday.

oh my.... my last entry was last month?? gosh... this fussy pregnancy really keeps me off the mood... the breakouts on my face makes the mirror is the ultimate enemy... hate it!! today one of the colleague asked "what happened to your face? Chicken Pox?" huwaaaaa..... Nasib baiklah ada alasan "I'm pregnant" I didn't change any of my facial rutine... the same cleanser, toner & moisturiser. It's just that I had stop consuming Yasmin which was the secret of my flawless skin. After the colleague heard the news then she said 'It might be a girl'... yeah... me also have the same feeling... but boy or girl, it doesn't really matter... she/he will be the precious addition in the family... love you baby....

February Updates

Yeah... since the last entry was on January, guess this title suits well. So much to tell but recently I was busy adapting the new routine involving my boys. The son has just started pre-school. A month late but it's an abrupt decision actually since the hubby has just started working again at the end of last month. Moreover, we're not allowed to bring own personal lappy to the office for data security precautions, so no more internet surfing during lunch on my lappy... have to use the office's cyberzone desktop <-- not really an excuse, heheh.. just to inform what's new in the office ikekek.

I was trying to upload pictures of my Anaqin's first day going to school but the uploading process seems ages to finish so I canceled.. next time lah when the broadband gets better. Hmm... next update pleasee... lemmi think... o ya.. I just received a brand new hand mixer.. redeemed from my cc points which is expiring the end of this month.Yahooo... senang suda mo buat kek (bila la kunun ni? hehehe)

aaa... next?? Today, I went to see Dr. L. almost crying being lectured by her huhuhuh... She said I was not supposed to get pregnant immediately after having a miscarriage... (and there goes my announcement). But I have found out that the risk of pregnancy after spontaneous miscarriage does not have evidence to support the doc's recommendations for not trying to be pregnant in 1-3 months after... it also says that it's normal that women's fertility is actually increasing after a spontaneous miscarriage. The problem with my case is to calculate the EDD since I didn't have the usual cycle after the miscarriage bleeding. But we have ultrasound nowadays that can provides more accurate EDD. Since it's still early, no EDD for this visit.. have to wait for the next visit which is on 11th next month. Friends.. please pray for this pregnancy going well until delivery...

I've lost my baby in the making on this date. Lucky that I don't have to go through the D&C. During my 1st prenatal visit with Dr S, I have an instinct that something's wrong with the baby. I've experiencing minor cramping but when I asked Dr. S she just smile saying that I didn't have to be worried since it's normal. She tried scanning the baby to make sure it's not an ectopic. She said my uterus swelling as in normal pregnancy but she can't find the baby since it was only 5 weeks and 3 days at that time. She asked me to do the urine test. And the fainted double line was the result. I didn't told her that I've done home test twice and it's still a positive result. She said it was a 50-50 result so she provided me another UPT and ask me to do the test again early in the morning where the urine is most concentrate. And, for the 4th time... it's postive & fainted but better than the 1st test done in my previous entry.

On 090110, a brownish spotting occur and at that moment, I told myself to be strong and ready to be facing with an early miscarriage. Blood starting to flow the next morning but still I didn't see a doctor since female doctor is only availabe from Monday to Wednesday at my place. Then, late in the evening when I was in the shower, I was surprised to see something on the pad.. I thought it was a blood clot but no... it's texture was more to a flesh. Me and hubby rush to the emergency and the doctor confirmed it was a complete abortion. I was warded for a nite and the next morning the doctor again confirmed I didn't have to go through D&C.. everything's have come out completely. Guess have to try again next time.

What To Expect??

The book that have been abandoned few years back is now ready to be my valuable resource again. Yup... I'm expecting the 3rd.. It's very early to announce where some expectant patiently wait until the 1st trimester ended to make it the BIG NEWS to friends. But today, being alone making me really in needs of my usual writing therapy. This news is actually already in the Bestfriends's Headlines.

This is my 1st UPT results. I took the test 1 day before my period is due.It's actually a double line but the other is very faint line that took me snapping several shots with my hp's camera to make it noticeable but it fails hahaha. I was too eager to do the test since I was off pills for about 4-5 months and I do having morning sickness. But after the 1st test I was in doubt, controlling myself on not to be excited since it might be the wrong results since I bought the cheapest UPT heheh. 2 days later, that is the 2nd day I missed the period, I took another test with the most expensive UPT and recommended by doctors (said on the box).

Can you read the word 'pregnant' ?? heheh... Cool huh... I'm in my 1st month... another 8 months to go before the baby expected to see the world the first week of September (or the final week of August judging from the early-than-due labors of the baby's bro and sis.

The Lost Gold

Salam to all.. it’s been a while since I wrote the last post.. dunno how to start.. probably what I have in mind right now is about the lost of my precious gold necklace. Yeahh… I have 2, 1 was a gift from bapa for the PMR excellence & the other is from mama simply for her only daughter to have it as a-mom-to-daughter-tradition-gift. Guess which one was lost?? The one I wrote with the bold was… huhuhuh….

From the time when I was confirmed that my second child is a girl, I have promised that the girl will have the tradition gift from me. I didn’t have a tough time though on deciding which necklace I should give away. It’s not that I like it more than the other. I love both but since the ‘was’ (hahah… feeling like naming it as ‘was’) have no pendant yet, so I took into consideration that the new pendant should be engraved with arwen’s name.

It’s a shame that I didn’t know the ‘Who’, or ‘How’, ‘Where’ and ‘When’ details. If all are known, then it shouldn’t be called lost lah kan.. maybe Snatched or Robbed. Anyway, I’m glad Arwen was not harmed and didn’t bruise. We only realized the ‘lost’ after MIL asked where the ‘was’ were. To all, it seems like someone is doing the bad thing, but hubby has done tracking with the pictures of arwen and we concluded that it was lost after 6^th Dec and before relatives and neighbors started coming to our house to help with the wedding chores.

Sedih memang sedih, tapi semua yang terjadi mesti ada hikmah disebaliknya. Tapi yang bikin panas tu masa kenduri ni la banyak benda-benda kecik hilang. Yang wajib hilang apa lagi… selipar la… iskk… my crocs sandal, and my children’s toilet flip flop. So, as a reminder to me and to all my friends, if you’re having lotsa people in the house, do keep all your valuables in a locked room. Today, our team managed to be the champion in Netball and Volleyball... wah tak kusangka aku boleh main volleyball ropanya hahaha... I was actually listed as a reserved player, then after being force to play in the 2nd set for the 1st game, mcm confident pulak main sebab 80% of my serve ball (adaka this term? heheh) menjadi kekeke... Tomorrow will play for badminton huhuhuh... ini pun bidan terjun jugak ni... matilah ni kana smash!!!!

My guess.. this fruit comes from the same family(Moraceae) as cempedak and nangka (a.k.a jackfruit)So good you can even have it on it's own or goreng buat mcm cempedak goreng or buat bubur nyum.. nyum... but I only found out about one pantang recently ... well, this fruit tidak masak on tree.. kena ambil then perap baru dia masak... so the pantang said, the fuit cannot touch our knees or else the fruit will never ready to be eaten... is it really true??

Today is the rest day... tomorrow is traveling day... the sport is over (olahraga and tarik tali lah... other games have not yet started). We took the opportunity to chill out and have drinks and foods outside the academy. Off-Training Weekends

Quite bored when you wanted to go somewhere but there's no transport (not the public) and nobody to accompany *sigh* Luckily I have my lil sis in law and my lil bro working here. But tidak sampai hati pulak leaving lady G who just arrived late evening last Friday. Had asked her to join but she refused (segan la bah tu, baru kenal kan).

There's no official training during the weekend, pandai-pandai sendiri lah jaga diri. Coincidentally, both of the sis and bro had just bought their own car. The sis not more than 3 months ago, the bro pulak memang fresh keluar dari kedai hahaha. So, apa lagi... rasmi lah both cars ikekeke. We're off visiting families for lunch (jam 3 tuh lunch... ayoooo). Thanks Ina for the yummy luncheon heheh.

Then, we went to KL Sentral to change Lady G's date of departure. Terkena pula trainee at the ticketing counter... lambat pulak kena tunggu to settle(The supervisor ajar2 the trainee.. dgr byk kali lak tuh that trainee make mistakes...huhuh...) nasib baik ada nametag 'Trainee' tu, if not, you'll be in my Customer Service blog's label.

After that, I've requested to go to Alamanda. My doter asked me to buy her Barbie panties (Jealous with her bro wearing superman briefs ikekek... the bro is undergoing potty training). These are the items bought:

I only have 1 which I've been controlling the use are strictly for fuels, air tickets and my mom's insurance. Really don't know whether the bajet is on the card user's side or actually it's encouraging people to not using cards anymore??

It's a good thing that we will have an extra 1k relief.Been planning to buy house near KK for investment.Yeah... another extra 1k reliefHoping that includes the road to our new house.
Last but not least, the part where most colleagues been waiting... Even it's only RM500, better than nothing lah kan... bersyukur ja... alhamdulillah.

Day 2: 1st training injuries

It was very painful not at the outside, but in the inside. I'm one of the 'new faces' and not yet to show the best of me. I heard painful comment 'she's new, not used to our training' but lady c and some of the other comfort me by saying 'Don't push yourself' yeah... maybe I'm trying too hard. What's bugging me is why does it happened? I was doing the drill and speed.. the 1st round was okay... but the 2nd... I kissed the track... whoahhh... my knees and elbow were all red and bruised.

The incident brough me the flashback on few years back where I was running in the special event and my shoes were flying in the sky and I was doing a 'superman' stunt on the track... luckily we're managed to won the gold medal... and I can say that the casual shoe had the fault on it. But today? I was wearing the running shoe and yet I'd bruising myself. Inilah akibat terlampau lama berehat or maybe it's a sign that I should stop... but today I was amazed by this pakcik, he was running i dunno maybe more than 5 round the 400m track without stopping or slowing... he's stamina gets a thumbs up from me... really... he's maybe in the late 50's. So, sports is not for young people only... we're doing sport for a healthy lifestyle (pujuk ati ni ikekeke)

Tight Schedule

Yeah... I'm in a very tight schedule... It's already October, and September report shows I'll have to double-up the monthly production starting October to meet up the individual statistic points. Unfortunately, at this time around,there's too many activities that I could not reject to be in part, whether it's a family thingy or official functions. Luckily, some function appeared to be held at the same time and I have to decide which one should I attend.. (mcm YB pulak hahaha)

At the time of writing this entry, we have just finished the 'Antar Berian' ceremony <-- My brother is getting married this coming 12/12/2009.The 'Antar Berian' is the 3rd procedure to get married for most Malays (1st is 'Merisik' <-- to ask the bride-to-be family whether the girl is already taken or not ikekeke. 2nd is 'Bertunang' a.k.a the engagement.) So, everythings confirmed, wait the Day lah baru penat balik.

Few weeks before, I was asked to be the emcee for the National level conference. Actually, being the emcee is not new to me but this time is different. The conference is conducted in English so I'll be handling it in English, which is VERY NEW to me. It's been a long time since I stand up in front of people speaking in English, but I didn't say no to them, it's a challenge in my career.

Last week, I received an email saying that I'll be in for training for the Ministry Level sports and games. Clashed date with the conference. I have to reject the emcee offer and accept the sports... already started in the gym last Friday and will do so tomorrow. I'll be on leave the next day to settle my personal thing (will reveal after everythings ok) and the day after I'll be flying to the academy for 1 week aggressive training which I'll be participating the games started in 29th. Hope everything will be going smoothly and wish me luck!!!

Making Friends

091009: I've met 3 new friends on this date.They're totally with different backgrounds from each other but we're all sharing the same gender thus adding up the number of girlfriends I have until today.

Lady A, she's a mother of 16 months baby girl named Danisha, and happily married to a soldier. The hubby wanted another baby and she adores me for already have children with different gender. We're also sharing the delivering experiences and have a chit chat on the types of family planning methods. She's going to change from pills to injections as pills makes her too thin. As a preparation for the next baby, she wanted to upsized her body so that she said she'll have the energy to deliver.. hahahah.. She talks a lot and I really like that heheh... She reminds me of my long lost contact high school friend, the petite Donna.

Lady B, she's an unemployed off-campus student. She lives in the Kampong where few peoples I knew lives there, but unfortunately the people we both knew are only by the name, not really attached. She asked a lot about myself and she kept on saying that I was lucky and admired my 'younger than age' appearance hahaha. She was very surprise to know that I'm a mother of two and already in my thirties. There's at one time she went to one of the Chancellor's Hall to study for the exam tomorrow and she accidentally slept there until a lecturer came in and woke her up the next day. To make it worse, the lecturer told her that he's going to conduct a lecture there and students already waiting outside... whoooaahhh... I could imagine how I'm gonna change uni if that's happened to me.

Lady C, she's the youngest among them, only 17 and will be sitting for SPM at the end of this year. Lady B said that they're cousins but Lady C didn't recognized her. Lady B also told me that Lady C comes from a wealthy family.. yess... it really shows... the Nike sneakers, the 2 mobile phones that kept on ringing, the RM50 x 2 notes she offered to Lady B as an exchanged for RM100 note (I didn't bring that much when I was in her age --> but she admitted that she 'bodek' her father to get it ikekeke) and the car she drives. Not really into conversation but to me she's not 'sombong' tho. Probably the age gap making her not really 'in' the topic mostly discussed heheh... If I were her, I'll be busy with my mobilephone too. But when she talks, she reminds me of my lil sister in law hahah especially the way she called me 'kakak'.

I love making friends but I'm not good at breaking the ice, and I seldom asked stranger friend personal questions unless the person reveals first. But I don't mind being asked... I've always have a 'safe' answer for the too personal q's... Nice meeting you galsss... c ya again this coming 20th... and goodluck to all of us.. *wink* *wink*

Disaster Leave

At the minutes of writing this entry, my friend text me that I was lucky today for not going to the office because it's officially a disaster leave... floods everywhere and most of the northern colleagues (including me) didn't make it to the office. Is it still consider to be lucky if I woke up early as usual and apparently I was stucked in a massive flood jam for an hour, then after struggling to find non-flooded road to go home I was actually wasting fuels (the total mileage is 144km!!) and spending more than 5 hours in car??

The reason why I wanted a 4wd!!

Unusual traffic crawls between 7am - 8am both from and to KKmany vehicles refused to go further... either stop by the side or take the u-turn... The flood is 10m away from me... kunun mo redah saja, sekali tgk saga tenggelam, sikit lagi mo dekat bonet kedalaman dia!!See anything? hahaha... I was zooming at the flood after taking the u-turn and stop at the other side, but my hp's camera didn't captured the scene in action

The ingredients:

1 whole chicken without the head of coz (just let it be... jgn potong / jgn buang kulit)
5 ulas garlics
3 tbsp black pepper (biji)
3 tbsp rosemary (dried - I bought the Mc Cormick)
3 tbsp butter
1 biji lemon

The How to's:

rebus lemon sampai lembut.
sementara tu, tumbuk bwg putih + lada hitam + rosemary.
campurkan bahan2 tu dgn butter + garam + gula (sikitttt jer tau)
lumur2kan pada ayam. mcm biasala...dlm perut, celah kulit tu semua...
last sekali, cucuk2 lemon tu kasi keluar jus dia...masukkan dlm perut ayam.
marinate overnite.
bakar pada suhu 200'C utk 1 jam (but for my Tefal oven, I flip the chicken to the other side and bakar again for another 30min)

Since we're having it for sahur, I'm too lazy and sleepy to prepare the gravy.. so I just use The Muslim Best Black Pepper Sauce... yummyyy... you should try

I am not a good cook... I can only prepare simple meals, luckily hubby prefers simple meals too fuhhh... But this year, I dunno why I have a strong will to make my own raya biscuits heheh.. probably because this year we don't have to think about 'balik kampung' since 'kampung' is the 'home' now and I can have the kitchen for myself while mom is busy with the tailoring things, (if mom is there, am sure she'll do it and just let me do the reading and monitoring *sigh*). SDK is my almost must-buy monthly magazine (well... sumtimes I'm too busy to stop by at the bookstore) Syawal is coming & there's a lot of recipes in the mag.. looking at the list of ingredients and the 'how-to's I said to myself that it is a good idea (and cheaper) to bake our own homemade cookies this year... so this is the first trial and the most simple recipe I discover from the mag.

The ingredients:

200gm butter
120gm sugar
370gm tepung gandum
125gm blended cashew nuts (actually hazel nut but hubby can't find, so be it)
2 eggs
70gm cream cheese
Strawberry jam

The How to's:
Pukul mentega & gula hingga kembang kemudian masukkan telur hingga sebati

Masukkan cream cheese & gaul hingga sebati

Masukkan tepung, cashew nuts kisar

Uli hingga menjadi doh

Bulatkan adunan doh dan tekan di bahagian tengah.Piping jem strawberi di tengah doh.

Bakar pada suhu 170⁰C selama 16 minit.

Self-Taught

I’m a career woman and I have to drive 72km – 80km to work every day from Monday till Friday (Blame it to the high price of houses in town!) To date, I think it’s still worth it to spend RM50 per week on fuels rather than paying house loan or rent plus nursery fees or maybe one maid, that’s if we live nearer to the office. Currently mom’s taking care of the children and we’re in the process of completing the unfinished house left by dad. I do feel guilty about spending less time with anaqin and arwen and that’s why I refused to take office work to home (even if I do, I don’t think I’ll even have take a look at it. *laugh*).

Anaqin is already 4 years old and I really worried about schooling him. Well, because most of my friends send theirs to Smartreaders, kumon classes or any nursery/daycare that have proper, and organized programs in teaching the toddlers before entering the real school. On second thought, I think I don’t have to worry much since anaqin starts showing off the results on what he’s gained thru Playhouse Disney Channel and PSP games. My thanks also goes to Handy Manny and the Little Einstein.

He’s actually learns a lot and the thing that makes me proud is he learn it in English (I’m not saying that he’ll sound silly when he speaks in Malay, duhhh ikekeke). His accent better than us the parents and the neighbors eventually try to speak in English with him. He managed to use words/phrases correctly; well not really 100 % correct, even when speaking in Malay, kids tend to misuse some word because they’re still in the process of expanding the vocabulary.

He learns colors - red, blue, green, yellow, white, black, purple, pink
Shapes – round, square, triangle
Numbers – 0 untill 12 then 13 to 20 (but at this range, he still jumbles up the numbers and need us to correct him heheh)
Animals – bird, fish, chicken (for hen and rooster too hahah), tiger, elephant, frog
Yes – he uses it 100% as it should be
No – well… mostly he got it wrong… when he supposed to say ‘Not the red one’ his version goes ‘No red’ ikekeke
He says ‘Thank you’ every time we give something to him (This is taught by us) and he learns to say ‘No Thanks’ from the Final Fantasy PSP games.
He uses the phrases ‘I’m hungry’ ‘I’m tired’ ‘I’m slipping’ and the word ‘Help’ properly and learn it from the ‘Up’ psp games.
He says ‘err… I don’t know’ when he don’t know the answer to a question and he’ll say ‘what’s this?’ for the thing he don’t recognized.

Okay, enough of the praising.. I think I’m overdoing it kekek.. well… parents always wanted the best for their children, so don’t hesitate when your’s wanna watch cartoon and play games with whatever gadget we have these day because they might have learn something from it but still, we have to keep an eye on it.

Recently, I have to forward hubby's sms back to him because I hardly understand what he's trying to say. The text goes like this:

I was like 'hah??' I've tried to encrypt the message and it ended up confusing me more... I was wondering why pn noraini (our ex-teacher) take pictures of two of our villagers then give it to me? hahah... hubby called me 'sayang' and it became syg in the sms. Then... hubby made it clear writing it in a full words

Yesterday, I went to astro to settle 2 months unpaid bills (heheh... we're not using the account after hubby move here) To my surprise their counter did'nt accept cash payment!! adaka!! 1st time jumpa mcm ni... usually credit card payment not acceptable... but it's the other way around pulak... nevermindlah, thank God the termination can be process there... at least there's sumtin' can be settle. *sigh* to terminate, we have to give them a 1 month notice (mcm kerja dgn dorg pulak) so my account already schedule to be terminate on the 17th sept... so kiranya ada lagi la kena bayar free2 macam tu ja huhuhu... To offer the service punyalah cepat, if we want to terminate banyak songeh lah pulak. Then the officer said we have to give the smartcard within 1 month after termination, if not RM80 will be charge... (apa2 lah... the card is not under 'my collection' list anyway)

I'd just like to write on anything I want to share at this moment.. can't think of anything specific.. reading other's blog making me feel close to them.. walaupun beribu batu, walaupun menyeberang lautan, I still can be updated! Hmm... like the hot topic discussed today 'should the internet content ditapis? I don't mind since i've been using the internet for a good reason all the time but be reasonable lah.. jgn pulak blog, frenster or facebook pon kana blok... nda idup ooo!!! hehehe....

Still coughing... fever and flu has gone... padan muka pasal nda mkn ubat batuk... bukan apa... it's the drowsiness effect that makes me refused to take it. How am I going to work when feeling sleepy all the time kan... ndapa lah... I'll ask for another type of ubat batuk yg tidak bikin ngantuk tomorrow.

Currently I'm taking Yasmin as the contraceptive pills to avoid pregnancy.. what I'm concern now is this statement:

Honestly, I have been missing taking the pills lately... and surely during simulation week... so I really in doubt about Yasmin ability to avoid the pregnancy (actually klu pregnant pon ndapa... rezeki kan, cuma mo kasi jarak saja ba). It is because I feel that I'm having morning sickness... ntahla at first I tot maybe it's because my hormonal changes sbb miss makan pil kan so agak terkacau lah... skrg ni sendiri yg kacau bilau hahah... so after this I'm going to the Guardian to buy the pregnancy test kit hahaha...

Finally... course ended with our group successfully completed the task. I was very lemah in the morning... headache, lost of appetite, feeling very chilly but to my surprise it all has gone after lunch hehehe... thanks to my caring friends...

me and my girlfriends went to watch The Proposal.. there's 7 of us.. funny, romantic, full of emotions are the words to describe the movie. Then we had teh tarik sambil chit chat pot pet until the lights at the stall went off to signal us to 'move out' hahaha... It was a nite to remember until we meet again which i dunno when.. *sigh*

A friend of mine needed my help to survey for the price of Deep Red (Hugo Boss), Rose (Lancome) & White Linen (Estee Lauder).Unfortunately not one in the list available in the outlet... but I ended up buying miniatures for me n hubby.. huhuhuh... padahal baru juga beli Christian Lacroix n Women of Earth 2 months ago. Ini kerja salesgirl tuh la... her accomplishment in persuading me is followed by the very reasonable prices altho I didn't recognized the brand.. It's Jeanne Arthes (Paris).

Here I am again surfing @ the academy... but today I'm using my prepaid daily broadband... tomorrow have to send the free wifi application form, so maybe tomorrow or the day after baru boleh connect thru the free wifi facility.

My air journey couple hours before was a bit terrifying. 1st, when everybody already onboard, the captain make an announcement that the departure will be 15mins delayed because of air traffic congestion... that is due to the current constructions plus the strong wind conditions, all planes will have to share the same runaway huhuhuh... I can see the other plane landing from the opposite direction... Then few minutes before landing, we've experienced about 1/2 meter drop for about 1-2 seconds.. huiyoo... bikin takut... kalah perasaan kecut perut naik rollercoaster tuh... I almost grab the hand of the lady sitting next.I tot we're falling down heheh...

Then the journey continues by charting the airport limo taxi.. the driver said that the academy is very far.. boleh pulak dia tanya 'Pernah pergi ker?" so I said yes.. frequently hahaha.... I told him the way thru hiways and toll... But I saw the driver is using the GPS and he managed to take us safely to the academy avoiding the hiways and toll. As for me, memang fail lah in memorizing jalan masuk kampung... banyak simpang... so better hiway hehehe...

Last night I had a chat with hubby... ntah mcmana buli terbuka pulak cerita masa jaman skul ikekeke... o ya... it's all triggered by my complaint regarding our doter woke me up at 4am the day before... she insisted to have her diapers change but actually she only had a dream.. urgghhh...

we have flashed back all kind of memories.. yg seram, funny, etc.. first the gloomy months i had @ the dublin ka sydney hostel ah? can't remember which one... I told hubby how we can't sleep until the time past 3am!! huwaaa... not because we're studying... but we're struggling with our fear of 'the entity' huhuuhuh... scary experince lah...

then back to school memories... yeah... hubby n I from the same school, so we have the advantage of knowing each of the characters being told in 'our stories' ikekeke. Too many stories to be told and yet we still keep on remembering and it makes me really miss my ol skul frenss....

senior manalah yg salu nyanyi lagu raya yg ada lirik ni: "setahun hanya sekali" hehehe.... this song refers to us since we seldom dating @ school... the contact method we had during that time was slipping kinda love letter in each other drawer hahaha..... oppss... have to end here... karang lambat pula masuk opis.

I was in the 'academy' since last sunday (My first and most distant temporary family separation since the-new-career begin.) Don't worry... I'm coming home tomorrow yeaahhhh!!!

Given the opportunity to meet friends is the cure to my hardly-absorbing-brain working 8.30am - 4.30pm. Very happy to see you gals and really enjoyed the girl's-only-activities we had. Insyallah we'll meet again next month *wink* *wink*

On the 15 of August, my handphone nearly lost, again!!! Just few weeks after Bee said 'How many times la u want to 'wakaf' ur handphone khady?' These words popped-up from her reply email after I told the friends in the mailing list my new phone number.

I was fetching my son and my mother in law @ KFC Bandaran, I drove to Shell to fill in the tank.It was a massive jammed!!.. well... KK in Friday noon!!! Then we went to KK Plaza. While having lunch, I realized that my hp is not with me. I asked my son whether he saw it.Nope. Then I was thinking that it might slipped off in the car. Then we went to the parking, searching for the hp in the car.Nope. It was not in the car. Then I thought I might have leave it on the table in the office. Nope. It was not in the office. I give up!! okay!!! I lost my handphone again!!!

Then my colleague lend me his handphone, asking me to call my number. It's ringing and answered!!

me: Di mana ni??

my hp: KK

me: Ini handphone saya la ... (with a rising tone of voice)

Watching the last Wednesday episode was like a flashback on how foolish I was. None of my friends knew about this, when it happened, I said to myself that I will take care of it on my own, I’ll never bring someone else in. But, after the show, I think I have to let my friends to be aware, maybe some of them didn’t watch the show, although they would be more wiser than me, but who knows when the incident occur slightly in a different way??

Friends, I never thought that I would be the fake Scratch & Win (or in the show Mazidul referred as Gores & Kalah) scam victim. It took place sometimes ago… maybe 5-6 months ago, or maybe a year??? I can’t remember the exact time. Ahah!!! Now I remember, at that time, I was in the middle week of sitting the 7-paper examination, which means, it happened in January 2008. The story goes like this:

One Chinese male youngster approached to our gate, knocking on the gate making a very distracting sound. I’ve checked on and asked what he wanted, the conversation approximately went like this:

The boy: Akak, selamat tghari, sori ganggu akak rehat, saya dtg ni nak buat survey saja, sykt kami nak bukak kedai dekat The Mines, so skrg nak buat survey la.

Before I managed to asked questions, he took out a piece of questionnaire-like paper and start asking questions. I was very doubtful at that moment, but since he was still in the other side of the gate and he was just asking for questionnaire, so why not? After the Q&A session, he said that he have a coupon that contains a mystery gift, I have to fill in my details and opened up the coupon to see the gift. As I was about to open the coupon, the boy said ‘Akak, jgn marah saya ah kalau dpt hadiah tak best?’ Then after he saw the opened coupon, he was very excited and wanted to shake hands congratulate me. It feels very odd coz I didn’t know what the meaning of the silver circle is. The boy said ‘Akak, ini kaler silver akak boleh menang kereta woo’. Still, I was really suspicious. Then the boy asked if I have telephone in the house. I asked why? He gave me his supervisor hp number and asked me to call. I won’t let him entered the house so I just used my mobile. I dialled my hubby, not the supervisor. Hubby already said no and asked me to make the boy go away, I said ok. When the boy asked whether I called his supervisor yet, I said no and told him that I don’t believe what had just happened and asked him to leave. But, he insisted on calling his supervisor, he said his supervisor will bring a newspaper-cuttings to verify that it was not a fake Scratch & Win scam. He let me hold his IDs... he was born at 1990!!!

So, I dialed the number but turn the speaker on, I don’t want him to touch my mobile. I heard every words they said… two Chinese men talking in Malays (seems like the other knows that the speaker was on).

While waiting for the supervisor, the boy asked me whether he could have a glass of chilled water. Again, generous-me just gave him but still he’s outside the gate. In less than 2 minutes, a green saga parks slightly a distant from my house making me unable to see the driver. There’s another young male Chinese walk towards our gate. He congratulated me and showed the newspaper-cutting that the other claimed before. I didn’t remember what paper is that, maybe Utusan. They said in order to claim the gift, I have to agree to be their product supporter, he mentioned about having my picture to be posted in the newspaper or television. I said that I don’t want the gift if I have to purchase something coz I have friends and relatives that come upon the same situation and they feel like being cheated. They assured me that I will not regret since the gift listed for the silver colour circle on the coupon is worth 3k MYR the lowest. They gave me the list of gifts and it was stated that the least I could get is the 3K MYR cash, so that I could recover my money back. They also said about me surprising hubby if I won the luxurious car, and after having a tough time restoring my confidence, I was stupidly followed them to their shop located at Kajang Prima. I was also being silly by bringing my son and I lied to my mom saying that I went to see hubby… Ya Allah bodohnya aku masa ni… I drove our car with the 2 strangers with us. My son sit on the front passenger seat.

On the way to their shop, hubby didn’t stop calling my mobile but I unwisely refused to answer, kunun2 mo kasik surprise huwaaaa!!! Then arrived at their store, one of them asked to wait in the car, he wanted to get the store keys since it was locked, nobody’s inside, it was nearly 6pm. He came back with a white Kelisa. We went up the store, seems assuring office, but the radio with a Chinese song was played loudly in the other room. I was asked to wait in a room. In that room, there’s plenty of photos people receiving their gifts.. 2-3 people get Kancil.. completed with their names and IDs. I was really confident at that moment that it was not a scam.

After waiting for about 5 minutes, I went out the room to have a look at the office, then I was asked to stay in the room. They wanted a confirmation from me on buying their products worth 2k + MYR in order to claim the gift. I was still hesitated to do that. I asked whether I could pull back if I don’t like the gift. They keep on saying that I will not regret, and they asked payment for the products that I have to buy. They wanted 1K, I said that I don’t have that much. They asked how much do I have? I said about 200MYR, they laughed and asked about credit cards. I said that I don’t want to use my credit cards coz I treated it as debit cards, meaning that once I use, I’ll pay the full amount.

Then they said I will recover the money once I get the so-called worth gift. I took a glance look at the list of the gifts. Then in the middle of the list, I saw Jade Mattress. I said that if I won this, this would be the useless gift to me. He said that if I don’t want the mattress, he have a friend that could buy from me for 3K MYR, so I will not loose a thing, I still have the products I buy and get my cash back plus extra money. My uncertainty broke off by then and brainlessly I agreed to pay 500MYR deposits for the sole-pounding massager. After payment, he went to take a so-called scanner to see the mystery gift. He went on circling the scanner on top of the silver circle and asked me to see what number showed… I was upset when it showed the number representing the Jade Mattress, the gift that place in the 1^st rank of my least-wanted. I was really frustrated and started feel cheated then he said he’ll help me to sell the mattress soon but I have to pay the full amount for the products first, then the mattress will be sent to me. I said that I’ll settle it on my next pay day and I’ll contact him soon for selling the mattress, lucky that I didn’t do it and the sole-pounding massager being put in my car so I didn’t went home empty-handed.

As I remembered he said that the product will not be mine until I have paid the full amount, but they put that thing in my car, so I just took it home. Before driving, I called hubby and told him that I won a useless mattress. Imagine how angry hubby was. He said that my mom worried too, asked him to lodge a report to the police station. I was really feel bad, and for that, I had punishment from hubby – padan moka sapa suru derhaka sama somi huhuhuh plus, I have to re-sit 3 paper out of 7 paper for the exam that I was sitting the moment the event occurred. The re-sit exam will be at the end of this month, hopefully I’ll passed with flying colours… aminn…

So to all my friends, don’t be a fool like me sob sob sob… although been very doubtful and careful, they will make it looks as if it’s not a phony.

Thanks to the sudden and short notice from APM, am using the golden opportunity to spend the precious week with hubby before he fly off to Thailand, and also, finally I have the chance to update this blog, fuhhh… on the sad story, I have to leave my prince and princess with their nenek huwaaaa..

Being a weekend family is somewhat pricey, my new prepaid account has been topped-up more than 5 times since being registered, and it was just about a month ago!! Calling my beloved is a must!! Flight tickets bought at least once in a month and we’re lucky of having the free MAS return tickets, though we’ve pay out another RM due to rescheduling, also the fuel price issue arrrgghhhh…. Malas tah ku ingau!!!!

Recently, I wanted to stick on this principle: satisfy yourself by spending the money you earned, rather than spend it to others... significantly selfish, but I'm tired of having responsible to other's financial problem especially when I'm not the right person to be accountable of. I know that I have better living and job, but I'm not a millionaire!! I know that I can make use the benefits of government servant to apply loans, but who can give me the assurance that the person will pay the monthly payment, whilst legally, (stated in the contract of agreement) I'm the person that should pay??? If the person is being honest though, what if, something bad happened to the person, for example death (sorry, but I'm not praying for it). Spend wisely, spend with what you have in the pocket, if you can't afford of what you want, then save, avoid loans!!! But if you really have to (the loan thingy..) be responsible and make sure you can settle the monthly payment, don't be the burden of someone else..

Kenapa Kita Boleh Jadi Marah??

Marah datang dari perasaam atau emosi. Bila kita marah emosi telah menguasai pemikiran kita sehingga aspek pemikiran dan psikomotor (gerak anggota) tidak dapat dikawal lagi. Pada ketika itu gerak geri kita secara automatik akan akur kepada arahan emosi misalnya muka kita jadi merah - darah naik kemuka kata orang - mata dibeliakkan, bibir digetap atau mulut ternganga dan suara meninggi. Bila marah sudah sampai ke tahap melampau, kaki dan tangan kita juga turut bertindak secara spontan dan agresif seperti menendang atau
menyepak, menghempas barang-barang di hadapan mata dll sehingga kita boleh bertindak seperti orang tidak siuman. Maki hamun dan sumpah seranah memang perkara biasa dilakukan oleh mereka yang marah secara melampau !

Kenapa kita boleh jadi marah ?
Ada beberapa perkara yang boleh menyebabkannya.

Pertama kita jadi marah bila emosi kita sudah tersentuh. Oleh itu mereka yang emosional atau cepat terasa akan menjadi cepat marah bila mendapati emosi mereka sudah terganggu. Contohnya kita akan merasa tersentuh bila ada orang menuduh kita melakukan sesuatu yang pada pendapat kita, kita tidak melakukannya. Emosi kita akan terganggu bila dituduh yang bukan-bukan pada perasaan kita.

Kedua, kita boleh menjadi marah bila kita dicabar secara lansung atau tidak. Merasa marah akibat dicabar boleh dianggap sebagai naluri (instinct) manusia. Misalnya seorang suami marahkan isterinya yang tidak menurut perintahnya. Di sini dia merasa tercabar kerana kedudukannya sebagai suami sudah tergugat.

Ketiga, marah juga boleh berlaku akibat fenomena alam. Kita mungkin marah bila kereta kita rosak di tengah jalan atau sesuatu yang berlaku di luar perhitungan kita.

Ada banyak lagi perkara yang boleh mengakibatkan kita menjadi marah. Semuanya terjadi akibat emosi kita sudah tersentuh. Mereka yang cepat marah atau naik angin kata orang - dipanggil panas baran. Orang yang panas baran akan cepat melenting dan marah-marah sehingga di luar kawalan.

Bagaimana kita mengatasi perasan marah ?
Sebenarnya oleh sebab marah itu datang dari emosi atau perasaan, ia akan dapat diatasi dengan mudah jika kita cukup bersedia. Yang paling utama kita perlulah dapat mengawal emosi dengan sempurna. Bila kita sudah merasa nak marah, cepat-cepatlah alihkan fokus kita ke otak - jangan biarkan emosi mengawal diri.

Dengan cara berfikir melalui otak - bukan melayan perasaan , emosi kita akan dapat dikawal dan seterusnya boleh mengurangkan rasa marah kita. Proses ini dalam psikologi dipanggil sebagai "cognitive factor". Mereka yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh emosi disebut sebagai "emotivist" Hanya dengan berfikir secara teratur saja kita akan menjadi rasional.

Ada beberapa cara bagaimana kita boleh mengatasi perasaan marah:

1) Ahli psikologi menyarankan bila kita merasa nak marah, cubalah renung kuku ibu jari tangan kita kira-kira 2 minit. Dengan cara itu kita akan dapat mengubah fokus dari emosi ke pemikiran.

2) Ada pula ahli psikologi yang mencadangkan supaya kita membilang 1,2,3,4,5......sehingga perasaan kita yang tegang itu menjadi kendur.

New Life Begins...

After a year waiting, the time has come... I'll be writing a new chapter of my life starting next month. Dunno what to say: happy, yet sad.. gonna meet new colleagues (will they'll be caring as I had currently?? always making me laughs, eventually always offer their shoulder when I'm in need) , new boss (Am not expecting better, just preparing myself for the worst), new working environment altho not at the new place for me.. **sigh**

I don't know how to start when too many things to be settled. Then, this morning, the chief clerk called me, requesting for my address and hp number. At least, 2 things settled : 1-shipping thingy 2-flight tickets. I'm really relieved!!

Sushi King on Friday

Friday is always the Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan day for the ladies in the office. Last Friday, we went to Ikano havin' sushi king for lunch. 3 tables for 13 ladies ;-p

Our table: 2 salmon steak meal, 2 piri-piri chicken meal, 2 bowls of edamame, 1 bowl of pink sushi.

Salmon steak meal: consists of grilled salmon with delicious bbq sauce, 1 bowl of japanese steamed rice, miso soup, chawa mushi & yakult.

For Anaqin, we ordered Kookabura Chicken Fingers from the Joey menu.. Arwen?? well.. she just ate wateva we gave to her hehehe...
